Here is an old rail map of Tokyo Japan.
Crowded place in the very left of the map is Tokyo, the mountain on the back is Mt.Fuji, big facility with white road in front of Mt.Fuji is an amusement park, the mountain on the upper right is Takao-yama with Shrine Takaosan Yakuouinn and low right corner is the Tamagoryou the Imperial mausoleum.

This old map of Japan was drawn by Hatsusaburou Yoshida, a Japanese Map painter. Born 1884 and left 3000 pieces of map in his life. His way of drawing is called "Choukanzu" which is a technique of painting a map from above slightly from the side. Succeeded during sightseeing boom in Taisho and Shouwa era (1912-1989).
Old Map of Japan is interesting because they are non-realism pictures.
